Questions.

Straight answers on cost, privacy and what we do.

Is it really free?

Yes. Until 30 April 2027 everything is free for everyone, including the follow-ups we send for you and Rate Watch alerts. After that, writing your emails, rates and tools stay free; follow-ups we send for you will cost ₹49 a request and Rate Watch ₹199 a year. Nothing is charged automatically.

Will my rate come down?

No one can promise that. Lenders decide based on your profile. Some lenders agree to a lower rate when asked, especially when you can show offers from others, and your own bank may match to keep you.

Why send from my own email?

An email from a real customer is harder to ignore than a website lead. And you see exactly what goes out.

Will my bank charge me to leave?

Under RBI rules, banks and NBFCs can't charge individuals for prepaying floating-rate loans taken for personal use. From 1 January 2026 this also covers many business loans to individuals and small businesses. Fixed-rate loans can still carry a charge.

What do you do with my details?

This website has no database: what you type stays in your browser. If you keep us in CC, we get a copy of each email so we can help you follow up. We delete it after 12 months, never sell it, and delete it sooner if you write to [email protected].

Which address do the emails go to?

The loans or customer care address each lender publishes on its own website. You can see the source on every email before you send it. Branch-level addresses are coming.

Who runs this?

An independent service. We are not a bank, NBFC, lender or loan agent. No lender pays us, and every lender is listed by the same rule: its own published rate. Write to [email protected] with any question.

Is it safe?

We never call you and never ask for OTPs, fees or documents. No genuine lender asks for a fee before your loan is sanctioned. Share CIBIL consent only with the 2 or 3 lenders you shortlist.

Ready to ask?

Type your loan. We write the emails. You press Send. Free.
